The last 2 weeks about ive been feeding liquid nutes about every 3 days when my plant needed watering because my fox farm HF soil seemed to be losing its Nutrition. I feel like I may have overfed and I did a small flush last watering. Any help is Much appreciated, Thank you – Tim
If you are in WK 6 or more this could be normal nitrogen deficiency , as we progress in to flower we cut back on nitrogen and focus on producing flowers . if you are wk 4 or earlier give her more . but i can see she is focused on flowers. my2cents.🍀
Yeah this is like week 7 – 8 from sprouting. I have heard that its normal for the leaves to change color and I’m sure I have stressed it a couple times in temp fluctuations. Just wasnt sure if it was a problem such as nutrient lockout or anything serious, Thank you for the feedback
Feed is not required every watering, soil will hold nutrients. Flush didnt harm as for that. I feel these are facing over watering. The yellowing is worse lower, leaves umbrella drooped. This is something that happens with frequency. Lifting the planter and feeling weight is a great way to tell when they are dry.
Alright, I had someone tell me on a YouTube comment that feeding once a week was too little lol, I appreciate your help
Might be the same person that cranks a light 100% the whole grow. Feeding each time can build up, lock out. Your ph is crucial. That gets out of range you will face lock out. These plants are simple as far as amounts, they dont take much. Hydro, dwc, roots are in water and nothing to hold nutrients, this is when it differs. Your oxygen and moisture in roots matters. This will change nutrient uptake no matter what is in media, as well enviroment. You can feed 5 or 6 times a whole grow and get great results in soil. Watering is the hardest to learn, takes time. Lifting the pots to feel weight helps judge. You can stick a finger 2 knuckles deep in surface and see how wet. If its wet and sticking all over your finger, to wet.
