Hi everyone. First grow in coco (70/30 coco/perlite) and first run with autopots (sorry Scotty lol). Using canna coco nutrients, cal mag, and have very hard StL tap water. Got a deficiency and need advice from someone with much more experience than me. They are autoflowers. Thank you everyone. I am guessing mag or sulphur but could sure use some advice.

Probably too high of a calcium to magnesium ratio. Too much calcium is an issue. Cut out the cal-mag and see if it improves. If Interveinal chlorosis (magnesium issue) continues, add 1 tsp of Epsom salt per gallon of water to your base nutrients (Canna).

The inter veinal chlorosis looks like a magnisium deficeincy to me. Either a calcium magneseum inbalance or a lack of magneseum. If the later add a tbl spoon of epsum salt per gal of water.
