Are you able to give more info that will help people identify..like What type of light, what height, what power, (even better) ppfd, Canopy temp, do you Ph your water, humidity..Did this happen not long after your last water/feed?
0-
led lighting 240w ppfd is around 300-400 depending where there about 15 days old its started from the beginning with these there at about 75 during day with 60ish humidity around 2ft above the plants ac vpd gun says leaf temp is about 71 72 no i dont ph w8ing on a pen to come so i beleive it could be that there in living soil with a few extra dry amends from there line soil is castings compost purlite and some coco no fan directly on them

The undeveloped seed is showing a genetic issue. Nothing you can do. The other seedling is unhappy because of the tap root. Possibly because the soil has dry spots. Roots will push out to the sides and bottom of a pot within a few days. If the roots hit a dry spot they’ll freak out and do what you’re seeing. This is not anything nutritional. It’s physical damage to the delicate tap root.

so will it be ok? restarting them not an option atm for me should i give the soil a water till run off? suppose it a learning curve for me thanks for the reply

If you cant restart…do what mystro said, flush it through and let it dry back.. but maybe also get that ppfd down to 200 max 300, they might be fine with 400 if they were healthy, but that could be compounding the issue if they are not healthy already

Also I found the photone app (if you’re using it)..to underplay my ppfd and having set up the PPFD meter version properly, it reads my ppfd higher (correctly) and seems more accurate getting better results

ive watered all to run off and the difference in weight is stupidly different ill rase the light up like 6 inches for now and is it the ppfd meter app or the photone app ive got an s24 so its fairly new phone model only last years one

The photone app is easier to use straight away, the PPFD meter app needs some time to set up but I think it’s more accurate. It tells you how to set it up but might be confusing at first, worth it though to take the time imo..
..just thinking, were you hitting the seedlings with 400 (plus potentially) right away? that would be too much for sure combined with not enough water..Have to be gentle with LEDs

no i had my light on 240w lowest dim opt for my 720w light at a much higher light hight i dropped it down few days ago to get ppfd up but that prob not helped me if it was indeed an issue with not enough water it was arounf the 200 mark but if the photone apps off and it wasnt 200ish but 300ish ive now given them potentially 400-500

New growth on the one plant seems to be fine and has turned around, as for the other one I would definitely try to uproot it rinse the roots off and replant it some straight cocoa and see if it turns around. Besides that there could definitely be something genetically wrong with it.
