Hey guys looking for a little help, wondering what might be causing the yellowing on my seedling. This is my first grow, I am growing in a 5 gallon fabric pot from AC Infinity. I am growing in HP Pro Mix with a mix of 7 tablespoons of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 3 tablespoons of Gaia green 2-8-4, with an inch or 2 of straight Pro Mix on the top. I noticed a couple days ago one of the cotyledons had started to wilt and die off, the other one seems fine. She seems to still be growing pretty well though, the first picture was from 2 days ago and the 2nd one was from a couple minutes ago. I have also included a screenshot of my environment numbers. Thanks so much in advance for any help you guys may have!

That’s very common genetic mutation called variegation. It’s level severity will negatively affect it’s overall growth.

Also the seed is a Northern Lights autoflower, so not sure when she might flip, so I added a bit of 2-8-4

Autoflowers, you shouldn’t start adding bloom nutrients till week 6. Autoflowers are alot more finicky than photoperiods. I attached a link below to how to grow autoflowers. Cheers!

I grow mostly autos, I find it is best practice to leave them alone until they establish a good root system, maybe week 3 or 4, about the time I start training. Using dry nutrients is a process of patience, anticipating not reacting. When using Gaia, I top dress at day 21 and day 42.

Going organic and using fabric pots with the wicking watering bases has been great . Using them on my photos but will be doing the autos next with the bases.

Can you describe your watering process from dry pot media fill to 2 weeks, please? Do you let the sip fill the pot with water from day 1, or presoak the new media to a certain level first?

I germinated her right in her final pot. Next try I will try starting off in a solo cup then transplant into a nutrient mixed soil. Do you guys think I should scrap this plant and try again? Or let it go and see what happens?
