The waxy outer shell of a trichome is called the cuticle. We dry bud and ‘cure’ oxidize the cuticle. The waxy membrane is soft when it forms on a live plant and hardens as it oxidizes during the drying process.

Hello family my question is how do you determine the age of a clone? Do you go by when you took it and rooted it or do you go by the mother plant from which you took it from? Asking for ppfd purposes. Thanks DGC 🪴

It’s as old as the mother but for ppfd clones don’t need much light so treat it like the new plant and slowly raise the ppfd slowly like any plant
