No spectrum is beneficial during the dark period. Green is the only acceptable spectrum you can use to work under that does not affect photosystems l or II during the dark cycle.

I have zkittlez auto seeds arriving today from automatically delicious. I win these on the DGC giveaway. Will be my first attempt at auto flowers. I run two flowering tents and have a veg/clone/mom space outside of my tents with lights on 18/6. I plan to run one auto at time in my veg space should I have any concerns about doing this.
