  • 2 things I guess:

1- Opinions and advice for possible partial harvest? I don’t want to leave them too long and degrade the thc, the baby arm colas are fantastic and im stoked so i don’t want to ruin anything. Trichs are cloudy with clear amber but not as much amber lower but they are milky. So im hesitant. 6.5 months from seed(10wk vegg), 10…

Do you hang the whole plant to dry and then bag em, or chop em up and then dry? Many different methods for different purposes. This kind of talk usually results in spirited discussion amongst growers, lol.

Would seem maybe the small buds dried too fast…but maybe not. Also sometimes that hay smell just shows up for a brief period during…

    • The growers cut as it was called in my neck of the woods. Take the tops and let the bottoms go a little longer I don’t hear a lot of ppl talk about that anymore idk why? But if you think about it, it makes sense what ever your growing in your garden you don’t wait till half are ripe and then harvest them all generally you know. I still…

  • Stoned thought but im sure im not the only one who’s thought about this idk.

How do you keep on the schedule for feed if you superseded it with a longer vegg cycle before flipping to flower? The feed chart doesn’t correctly corespond to the plants stage because of the longer vegg. A 4-6 wk vegg compared to a 10 week. So if the plants older than…

    • In veg, i consider a plant to be adult around one month for feeding solution strength, then after that i would use the same srength of solution as long as its in veg, but as the plant gets bigger you want to give it more soil, then you get transition feeding you can start a week before you flip to flower, cause this is the period plants are…

    • Plants are not born with an instruction manual. Charts are guidelines at best. Mineral ratios and concentrations in veg do not change much. Newly rooted clones and several month old mother plants receive the same nutrition. Large plants can handle a slightly higher concentration. The ratios do not change until flower no matter how long you…

    • Starting Day 1 of the flip to flower from vegetative growth state.

      • I have experemeted with this due to how it relates to a feeding chart and when you might introduce a PK booster.

I have found that starting the Flowering stage count after the flowers begin to form makes sense, so about a week after flipping the lights works best.

I consider that first week to be a transition period.

        I am sure many people…
