I’m Absolutely no Auto expert but I do know generally speaking they require less nutrients then photos and with what you have I don’t think you’d see a deficiency so quickly at day 19 especially with that manure as long as it is of any quality. My perpetual grow is rocking! All my friends are getting free weed for their birthdays lol! I’m harvesting 3 plants every 3 weeks and I need to start doing a little more consuming!
