Welcome to the show... Time to learn to grow.
I top them at +5 nodes, and then started LST. The main issue I am seeing is the buds are really small. I know I light burned them with keeping them at 12″ from the light, changed that to 18″ in week 4, and they seemed to stop burning. I am using MasterBlend Tomato for nutes, but I plan on changing that in the next run.
I beat the mites with…

How do you do both AUTOS and PHOTOS?
So general topic I kinda wanted to touch on, maybe not the right group, but I have auto seeds, but I am working toward a perpetual photo garden. I don’t want to spend the time, space, or money to bump another set up, but I also like giving my veg photos time to sleep with 18/6, and my understanding is… Read moreView more comments-
Idk if it applies to you but I have a 2×1 veg tent, 3×3 veg tent and 4×2 flower tent. After my photos go from the 3×3 veg tent to the 2×4 flower tent I run autos in my 3×3 veg tent. Then start new batch of photos in my smallest tent about 3 weeks before my autos finish. This way it’s not perpetual grow but ever 2-3 months I get great harvests.

18/6 is perfectly fine for an auto.

autos are on a time clock, they will flower regardless of light cycle.
photos need a 12/12 light cycle to trigger flower.
i say you have options;
Start with 18/6 wait til auto flowers and then trigger your Photo by switching 12/12 because the auto wont be affected. Your yield might be.
You may have to top or veg out the photo a bit depending on…

So I use my veg tent pop 3 photos and one auto leave the auto in the veg and don’t change anything real easy works out auto is done curing around the time I chop the photos

The Autos will grow regardless of your light schedule. For example, I run my autos for 21 hours to avoid ludicrous kw/hr charges in ”prime time” hours. The only thing the DLI will effect is your yield as long as the genetics are good. I always recommend Speed Run Seeds for autos.

Welcome to the show... Time to learn to grow.
Thanks to everyone for taking a look. I tend to give too much info, so I was trying not to overdo, for flower I have a 450 watt 3000k / red LEDs (off-brand SCHLUX), canopy runs 700-900 ppfd (w/ Photone) , it gets super hot though, and raises the tent temps. I typically run 75-85F and 45% humidity (w/ a humidifier set to keep it at 45%), in…

Welcome to the show... Time to learn to grow.
So I am on my first run. It has been a roller coaster; spider mites, nutrient burn, light burn. I would really just like to be laughed at, and told I’m a noob because man did I biff this. But I am a glutton for punishment, and now that I have the two plants almost done, I was able to split out a bunch of clones that I will be doing three…
