Thanks guys for lee me be part of first off! Ialso have a question when growing fems is it nessasary to transplant for future quality?

Welcome DB. Since this is such an open ended question you might get some varied responses. Not necessary but there are lots of known benefits to transplanting. Controlling watering and gas exchange, directing root growth, management of grow space real estate etc. That said many people like to plant seeds right in the final container and it works fine. Happy growing!

What the other person said, comes down to a personal choices.
Some do transplants because they can sprinkle mycorrhiza fungi, add other nutes, or compost material.
Also are you growing Autos vs photos?
Autos can get stunted due to roots touching the edge of the cup.
Photos are resilient to transplanting more so than autos. But if you can get it right should be possible with both.

I think the reason most people start in smaller containers and transplant is to help avoid over watering as well as conserving room and potentially even media if you’re pheno hunting. Starting 100 seeds in a tray takes far less room than 100, 5 gallon pots. As far as “future quality” goes, so long as they don’t get root bound you should be good to go, unless they are autos.
