Seasons Greenings and Merry Christmas DGC!!!
A little thing I made from a chunk of Cherry for myself this afternoon. .
Wondering if I might get a consensus from other mother keepers. I’m curious to compare how other brothers keep their mothers! Do ya wing it or have your “druthers?”
Average size? Temp, humidity, PPM of nutrition and frequency?
I currently have three in straight coco and feed them just under 600 ppm every 10 days, recharge offset, every 10 days. Dune monosilicic acid, Tria and Mammoth P every 14. They get straight 6.1 as needed and for sure once between feedings. 65% and 69° on 19/5.
And who else is searching for a Mammoth P replacement? I’d love a couple few opinions about this too.
Happy Wednesday! 🤘🏼
krommm, pungolian and 5 others-
I was told to keep feed at their stage of growth or a little light but more for vegg along with the environment. Keep it healthy. Obviously you’ll encounter other issues keeping them longer but adapting to it continually growing not going into flower.

What ever conditions you have seen success in late vegetation is what I would go with. I would guess ppdf 600 – 800 with temps 76- 78 degrees and humidity 65%

Mom’s are a pain and can become over grown very fast. Flip them. Take a few clones of each and flower them. Waste of space and resources

I don’t really keep moms. Just make cuts when I defoliate as needed. I run a modified sog with longer veg for bigger girls. Idk I may be playing with fire but it’s working lol

@marizema I did a 10wk vegg my first run. Never again. I went for quantity not straight up quality and for the first run plus building along the way learning as much as i did. 2 plants took up 2.5-3’ x 5’ space @4’ tall. Got thrown to the wolves that go but that’s how I learn unfortunately.

@surfdad_grows im shooting for an eight week turn around. I end up with nice meaty tomatoes 🍅

@marizema I fill this with tomato starts and then veg for 10 days and flip. They’ll get 18-24″ and plop a half an ounce each of beautiful tops. I bet this would work for cannabis too!!! 🧐 🤘🏼🤣🤘🏼

@marizema (non tomato) I’m doing 4-6 then flip. I have a time window to do this one in lol
