H2O2 in high doses (4:1 water/peroxide) will kill microbes. 3% H2O2 at 1-2 tsp per gallon can boost oxygen levels of water without killing microbes. H2O2 will have no affect on chlorine. Many new growers confuse pre-flower calyx (swollen and mature) as pollen sacs. This is bud, just not clustered like with flowers. This is what mature bud looks like. They go from tiny ovals into round false seed pods when mature.
