    No spectrum is beneficial during the dark period. Green is the only acceptable spectrum you can use to work under that does not affect photosystems l or II during the dark cycle.

    • They sure do put up with a lot of bad gas from us humans Lol!

      In a way we should respect the plant more then most people understand.

      They absolutely are natures natural transpiration system think of the rainforest. It breaths moisture inside of some of those micro climates.

      Definitely awesome for some biodiverse life.

    • As my plants get bigger I use less and less hunidity and it stays around 60% My exhaust triggers at 60. I’m in flower, week 12. yeah she’s a long runner. I give her about a gallon of water every other day. Maybe 3/4 of a gallon every day soon.
