Lets start with what it is *not*.
Its not light burn, How do I know? There are leaves showing signs of deficiency beside ones that have none. If it was too much light then it would be centralized *where* there is too much light and not scattered throughout the plant.

I wondered the same thing. I usually try to keep them under 30 seconds. You could lower the quality settings on your camera, that would make it smaller.

Took me over an hour to figure this out, Sharing my plant that has had inter-canopy lighting after I’ve given it a good trim. Hope this helps some people figure out whether its worth it or not.
