I finally have all my plants hanging. I had a very hard time this harvest, because I lose feeling in my hands and it has been getting worse. I find out next week if it is a write issues and carpal tunnel or if it has to do with my spine issues and extra ribs. I had a few mishaps and unintentionally cut a few Paloma Night buds off. I can’t wait…

I quit eating bread. Not all but significantly less than before. Had a ton of joint pain from skateboarding. It’s all but gone away since I kept an eye ( no pun intended ) on bread. Nice pics!

Intermittent fasting has been a game changer for me too. Humans ( if we are really from here lol ) as hunter gatherers didn’t eat but 4 or 5 times a week probably. This is an issue with potassium typically caused by under or over-watering coco. Usually under-watered. The curled down leaves are another clue. Nitrogen and potash are two elements that the plant needs in high amounts. When root hairs are damaged, they are the two symptoms most likely to show first. Grow Dots has plenty of potash so that’s…
