I gave an extra OG Kush seedling to a friend 14 weeks ago. She is now 8 ft tall and 7 feet wide. Straight up beast.

Here’s my current crop. They are both at day 40 of flower. The 1st pic is XXX by Ethos (freebie). The 2nd and 3rd pic are Hater’s Delight by Solfire Gardens (DGC Hookup). The 4th pic is my 2.5 x 5 tent. There are only 2 Earthboxes in there because that’s all that’s needed. They outperform this small space. The XXX is my favorite for looks…

Holy…… And I have a seed of this. Came in a multi-pack. She looks beautiful 😍

Sometimes stems still turn purple just from the light hitting them. So if only some are purple then it might be from that

What’s the benefits and issues with outdoor growing? I don’t see many people doing it. I live in Oklahoma. Ot just makes sense to use free lights (sunlight which is better than anything you can buy). I’m doing all the things I’d do indoors, I’m just outside. My plants seem to be happy. Judge for yourself.

Fully agreed when you have tolerant neighbors, no light pollution and a secure place that gets enough sun, outdoor is awesome. Allows for HUGE returns when you commit. Pests and unpredictable weather would be the only real downsides that I can think of, but I’ve only done a few outdoor runs.

A lot of benefits from outdoors that’s true but some folks don’t have a proper place to grow outside , I live in between two city parks in my instance, humidity would be a problem in this area outside we also to this day have industrial hemp growing wild everywhere from WWII

Pest and climate can make some years better than others, but in exchange the cost of growing is much less and potencial quantities much more, so even with the ups and downs over the years, you get more bud outdoors and with indoor you get more consistency/potency

Yeah the aphids are a little rough this year. We’ve had hail a couple times as well but my beach umbrella saved the grow.

Well the only real drawback I know of really is you only have the possibility of 2 harvests a year and you have to time that just right . You can hit it as the light is transitioning to longer days in early spring if you have pre grown indoors, and then toward the end of fall. You absolutely will get large plants outdoors but as said before…
