I’m going to have to get some mosquito dunks and start running water with one of these in it to kill the larva. I’ve got the stickies for the adults and the zappers. Which tend to audibly tell me when something has been removed. Nematodes to kill the larvae don’t seem to be working for me.

It’s a huge market. Not sure why they would want to exit. I’m sure someone will step up.

Believe they are going to be concentrating more on kitchen stuff and getting away from electronics, tvs etc. i just bought a new light with the evo diodes and it is sweet.

RDJ Bouns uses Sanan 3030 drivers they claim to be better than Samsung I have no complaints nor do I know how true their claim is but I’m very happy with my RDJ Bouns Astronaut in my 2×4

I’m probably one of the only ones that is happy about that with Samsung currently controlling the market. Everything just is marketing BS and we need competition in the LED market rather than Samsung being monopoly.
Rather than poor quality lights hitting the market being said they are good because they are a “Samsung partner”.

Also from what I read rockwool has stupid drainage so you likely can’t over water it. Its just going to drain out.

All I know is there is *so* much you have to control with this style that to me it seemed really difficult compared to Organics. But it does look like a style that if you can master it you’re going to be an expert at all sort of plant stuff that I wouldn’t be doing organics. The knowledge required is just another level in a plants needs…
