When he grows for seeds he will separate the plant from the other flowering plants and give it 18/6 the rest of its life after pollination. This way the plant gets plenty of energy for seed production.

Did you do a flush? I find if I do a flush over a week bud a half also paired with lowering temps and lowering ppfd amber trichomes will ensue.

I got a 4×4 with a 4” but it’s a veg tent so I use no filter. I got 5x5s with 6” in-line size fans. They work wonderfully to get negative pressure in the tents. I never used a carbon filter but once and it worked beautifully. So much so I took them off lol
