4 months agoAsk a Grow Question 4 months agoSo, I use a dry herb vaporizer. (Dynavap) I’ve been collecting the left over material and was thinking I would mix it into my grow media. I keep thinking that this would be beneficial as all of the N,P,K would still be in there along with all the other nutes. Am I off in my hypothesis or no?

It’s organic material that will break down in living soil.
The process of breaking this material down uses nitrogen and could lock up some nutrients before it becomes available to the plant.
Do you have compost bin or worm bin?
I’ve been thinking about getting a worm bin just for all the trimmings…

I compost most of my weed garbage, including ABV. Plants seem to love it.

You would be better off composting it and adding the compost to your plant. There is still some thc in the vape herb so you could make edibles with it.

What if you fermented it with some water then fed plants with juice

Make edibles. The material is already decarbed and a soak in oil or alcohol. Still works fantastic for me. 🤘🏼
