My bad, I must have misread the time in flower. Spraying is generally accepted in the community up until week 3 of flower. If you spray, be sure to spray the underside of the leaves first then the top of the plant. It’s easier to get the bottoms before it’s weighed down from the top spray

Looks like thrips, aphid, or some kind of leaf miner damage for sure. Look under the leaves and you might see some little white /translucent bugs there. Marrone Bio-innovations products Venerate and/or Grandevo would help. Since you’re in week 4 of flower you don’t want to be spraying anything. However, there are some products that say you…
