Jug Dealers podcast is Hosted by JERIN, Gabe, and Grambo… And they run a VERY busy GROWING company …that’s the kind of company that doesn’t have to time to answer every single (easy to research) question…

    Winter Frost:

This product is designed to accentuate terpene production and recycle the last remaining energy in the plant toward bulking fruit development. It simulates a “winter frost”, prompting the plant to produce more oils and terpenes, leading to a flush in colors and a frosty appearance. Winter Frost is often used in the last two weeks before the flush period to maximize the plant’s potential.

    Terpinator:

This additive is formulated to help growers increase terpene production. It is sometimes described as a solution containing nano K sulfate, which can bring out terpenes. However, opinions on its effectiveness vary, with some growers suggesting that cheaper products can achieve similar results.

No reason to be mad bc people running a busy business are too busy to answer you. Lol. Sometimes ya gotta do your own research 😉.

Getting worked up over something so small *could* say a lot about the type of grower you are. Lol. 😬

Hope the above Google search answers your question.

Wife is an herbalist…so she runs that show, making the selections for herbal medicine, and our food crops. I just lift heavy things and compost my canna root balls. Lol.

We have a giant compost area and decent flock of chickens…so we usually plant whatever volunteers pop up in there… But the missus loves popping seeds, too (go figure 😅) so I’m sure there will be several trays of things popping up soon, lol.

Never too early to plan. Hope everyone’s gardens rock this year!✌️

Gas light/lamp veg cycles work okay. I used this tech for a couple years. The general idea (as explained by the group I learned it from) was you’re saving money by spending less on lighting… The other “alleged benefit” is by breaking up the plants dark cycle in the middle of the “night”, the plant stays on the verge of flower, so that when you flip, the auxins are already fired up and the transition to flower takes less time.

Again, not facts, just how things were explained to me by a weed cult I was in once. Lol.

I like 24/0 for veg. Faster and better growth. They can sleep when they flower. ✌️🤙

Though overkill for most, I thoroughly enjoy using an electrostatic sprayer for applying foliar IPM concentrate like Lost Coast Plant Therapy or Pure Crop 1… You just squeeze the trigger and the tops and bottoms of all the leaves are coated. 🤙😁

I’m sure there’s plenty of opinions (and experts present to chime in) on what to use and when.

Personally I’ve had great success implementing micronized sulfur…but it’s corrosive (think tent poles/lights) and long term use can lead to molybdenum deficiency in your plants… So I reserve that for certain situations.

Also, I have continued success with Lost Coast Plant Therapy. Eliminates PM as advertised and demolishes mites. A big plus is it smells like peppermint. 😁

Oh. Important to not to NOT use sulfur or an oil based product within 6 weeks of each other on the same plant. Sulfur and oil don’t mix. Will burn your plants.

I feel ya… those swings can be tricky to avoid… Usually when you see PM like that, it’s from leaves laying on top of each other overnight when the swing occurs… It’s nothing too major. You’ll get her back to right quick ✌️

Just remove the affected leaves and spray her down with Lost Coast Plant Therapy. PM is an easy fix it addressed early. No reason to toss her.

    Good luck.

Whole lot of nope right there.

Many other ways to safely handle mites… especially before they become an issue.

Might as well blast some Eagle 20 😬😬😬

Promix, Clonex, spray bottle, and a humidome…

Put your cups (filled with Promix) in a planter tray and fill the tray with a half inch or so of water to moisten the media without compacting it…

Sanitize your equipment of course…also wear PPE (gloves/glasses)… The hormones in the clonex aren’t something you wanna come in contact with…but will get roots fast.

Clip your cuttings (one plant at a time, then either sanitize or switch your cutting tools) and then put them into a small cup with the clonex in it (say a quarter inch deep in a solo cup) for about 5 mins.

Plant your cuttings into the cups… Clip the fan leaves…spray everything down…close dome, but open the vents slightly… don’t open for at least a week…

Roots in under 10 days most times.

One of many ways to skin a clone….lol

    thepressclub.com

They have excellent 5×5 parchment sheets that fit that press perfectly.

Their bags are excellent. For that press the 4×2 inch bags are what you want. For flower use 90 or 120 micron bags, for kief use 25-37 micron.

Temps vary… I don’t go above the upper 170°s…but I know some that go to 200°. Low and slow for me.

I’ve had that press a couple years. Hmu if ya need any help or whatever.✌️

I use a Risentek XLE machine trimmer. Hand trimming personal is cool…and recommended…Hand trimming pounds is not. Lol.

The Risentek has silicone fingers, variable speed control, a bottom screen to collect hash for rosin making…and doesn’t beat up your buds.

Right tool for the job at hand, or right tool for the tool using it. Hahah. I wouldn’t make it these days without it. I prefer trim detention over jail or prison. Just saying. ✌️

    @oldestschool .

I answered the question commensurate to the way it was asked.

For the record I don’t just glance over topics before I speak….and I’m not here to flex what I know.

Sorry @frogslayer got ya all bent out of shape. Lol. He knows a bit from what I’ve seen…

Was just trying to help. ✌️
