Your water is ok to use. It’s pretty soft so you’ll probably need to supplement calcium and magnesium. The sodium is a bit high, but not too high to be an issue.

Your plant is not needing any supplemental calcium or magnesium. This damage to the lower leaves is not even a nitrogen issue. That splotching is caused by physical damage to the roots.
