Could someone tell me what these indentations are? I hope they arent from bugs but there doesnt appear to be any. both pics are of the same leaf just one is the bottom of the leaf.

I need to see the whole plant. The damage is not a nutritional issue. It’s not from bugs. Sporadic damage is usually a sign of root stress typically from an out of range pH buffer.

That’s how I track them on the maters. When you see they have eaten a leaf, look for turds and they will be near by.

I use crop cages, they are sold in different sizes, from around 60 dollars and up. Depending on company and size. They greatly reduce the bug problem. Mine are to keep my animals from destroying anything I try to grow. I have three big hairy dogs, had to worry about pot size making sure they were tall enough so that the plant didn’t get peed on.…

If it’s sulfur you need, elemental sulfur is sold at most garden stores. It’s the magnesium in the Epsom salt that some plants may be needing more of going into flower.
