6 months agoAsk a Grow Question Just purchased recharge – I always made my own aerated compost tea but wanted to give this a shot – one thing I noticed is it says to use recharge within 1 hour of mixing. Anyone know of any harm using past this and up to 24 hours? I’m in fox farm soils and I space my watering out with smaller amounts of water.

Doubt it will do any harm, but will likely go anaerobic on you unless used right away.

I’d usually only need to make a gallon when needed and use 1/2 teaspoon. Any extra goes to my veggies. Make 1/2 gallon if only needed and mix in 1/4 teaspoon.

@backyard-boogie yeah this is what I’ll end up doing. Just mix up as I need. Little extra labor but anything for my ladies.

@backyard-boogie I mix my nutes in 5 gallons and the neighbors wonder why one landscaping bush by the door is so much bigger than the others
