so a quick sanity check for my ph pen is my tap water. I know its ph and I test tap water first everytime I use the pen. It’s no calibration, just a quick check. Tap water is also the first I test after I callibrated the pen and your
water supplier should be able to give you the ph for the water they pump
into the pipes. My ph pen btw is…milkie -
Didn’t know how to like what the post before these one, so here it is.
Bro over kill
1 little ( at 1st) t-5 led light. Heat mat ( better safe then sorry)
Coco, solo cops( I like a nice holder rack for my solo cups) always knocking them over
Soak seeds 24 hours on heat map, in the dark, set at 78 to 80 degrees
After they wink at you, in the coco…

Sorry I’ve been so quiet, been thinking a lot about how to approach this.
We must share our failures as well as the dank, sticky stuff.
Had a complete disaster of a crop.
Everything looked perfect but no smell and no resin after harvest.
Even during initial harvest and trim I was saying “what the fuck, the scissors aren’t getting sticky?”

Are you sure you’re plants were healthy and not infected by HLVD?

The only time I’ve had no smell is when my room is too hot and every time that happens I end up with spider mites. You are probably spot on with the pest diagnosis.

Never even heard of such black voodoo sorcery unless the room was like 100 degrees or ridiculously over dried. Can you post a couple pictures of these plants?

I posted my fail. Put transplants in soil that was still hot on the second run. I reammended to much. But water only for the last month. I had some burnt leaves but the bud is still salvageable

Howdy howdy, first post here,
I am looking for any info. on “Real Grow Buckets” and any tips, experiences you have with soil/coco, watering pH, and what you can add to the water reservoir if you want to. how to start your plants, whether you can start with seed or not.
Anything you can think of. I would like to compile the information and post…

RealBuckets are pretty simple sub irrigated planters (SIP). They can be used with just about any media/nutrients with the exception of living soil as they’re only 3 gallons. Adjust pH of water according to media (5.5-7). You may want to join The Real Grow Lab as well. https://realgrowlab.com/groups/growing-with-real-buckets/

Thanks Mystro, I’m still crushing it with my setup. Trimming again tonight! The Realbuckets really are that easy!
