May I recommend Fox Farms Bushdoctor Coco Loco, a large handful of Wiggle Worm worm castings, 3 Tbs grow dots (if using 3 gallon pots), water with recharge once a week. It’s a simple mix that you can expand on with each grow as you learn.

With that many, would be cool to run some experiments.
A couple plants with everything trimmed but 1 cola vs 4 colas vs a couple plants topped, etc.

If Tripp puts as mamy as possible in that 5×5, he will want to veg for around one week, cause if he plans on flowering them all in there, they will run out of space if you veg to long. So he is looking at a sea of green grow, so that meens he’s got clones to pass on, or maybe get ’em gowing outdoors if possible… good grow to you.
