Hell yeah, congratulations on 587 days. I’ve watched a couple family members on the brink of death because of alcohol. I was a IV heroin/fentanyl user for a decade+. I don’t keep track of my clean time though. It’s a part of my life I’d rather just forget.

A rancid smell from the media and roots will tell you. It’s undeniable if it stinks like rot. Hard to get the smell off your mind and out of your nose.
