This is the first decent grow I’ve been able to produce. Also first photoperiod, I believe. They’ve been in flower for almost 2 weeks now and yes they probably doubled in size while I was gone for about 5 days. Not sure what to do from…

Personally I’d defoliate and leave the stalks. Tie them off and try for an even canopy. IMO of course, I’m new to this!

Looks like a classic need for defoliation and scrog net.
