Photone is a reasonably good app. I use it on my Galaxy S24. I also have a Pulse Pro, so I can compare the app with a “real” sensor and Photone tends to be within about 10-15% (may read 550 when it’s really 495, that kind of thing). Close enough that you’ll be able to tell 1000 from 700 from 400 reasonably accurately. Accuracy increases with…

Not fungus gnats themselves (the adults don’t eat the plants), but ABSOLUTELY their larvae which in quantity can take out a plant.

Day 6: Hitting them with IR at night.
As I mentioned in my previous (video) post, I’m going to be adding in IR at “dawn” and “dusk” to wake the plants up and to put them to sleep. The plan is to run IR for a 30-minute window, 15 minutes before and after the light turns on for the day and off for the night.

I bought the IR15 during the black friday sales but I don’t have the ability to test the spectrum so thanks for sharing 👍

Im definitely noticing a difference with mine. Building some pretty epic buds. I’m doing 30mins before and 30 after.
