Leaf deformities like this are typically caused by some type of root stress (usually pH related) at the time the leaf was forming.

If it continues and the plant is otherwise “healthy” looking it could be a genetic deformation. I had a cut of Super Lemon Haze that would have verigated leaf coloring and random leaves that would be deformed in shape. It was just a wild child, healthy roots or not. Or it’s stressed.

I’d get a better picture and put it in your Google search. I read there are over 30k identifiable types of wasps/hornets. Whatever it is I’d say…

If you have an iPhone take a picture up close of it, click the little circle icon it will look like a bug and it will tell you. Identifies plants as well. If only deficiencies/toxicities was part of it.
