Love that I found this little community! 😎I bought a 1000 watt HPS a few years ago and never used it. My state just went legal to grow so I dove in and bought a complete tent setup complete with LEDs. I usually leave my light 24″ above the canopy and it doesn’t leave much room to reach in and around the tent. I have thought about leaving it raised and just move from 50% to whatever I need to reach my DLI, but I do enjoy the savings of not running the light full load.

I tryyyy and keep my light 2 feet above the plants and have never run it over 50%.
