2 months agoGrow Talk 2 months agoMy ladies got heat stressed and 3 out of 4 got stunted badly. We had a heat wave here in Oklahoma. For 2 and a half weeks it was 100-105 degrees. 2 months agoAsk a Grow Question 2 months agoWould it be worth it to have a perpetual grow in a 2×4 having 3 autos rotating every 4ish weeks, one seedling one in veg and one flowering? I would harvest one move the veg and seedling into the other spots (veg and flower) and add a seedling.

Sounds like a good plan, and yeah, it would be worth it to have fresh flower every month

Absolutely. Add a separate veg tent and you can potentially harvest every 2-3 weeks.

2 months agoAsk a Grow Question 2 months agoHow does everyone feel about air rating their water? I’ve been doing it for a week with my tap water. I’m trying to evaporate the chlorine while adding small amounts of O2. I still Ph the water before watering. What are everyone’s thoughts on this.

Oxygen is great for your roots. I feed from a decent sized rez with a pump, hose, and garden wand… I always let things run for a bit before feeding, allowing the spray from the wand to oxygenate the water. 😁✌️

2 months agoAsk a Grow Question 2 months agoI’m fixing to start only doing autos. I was curious if grow dots still work. I know the nutrients are time released. Will the plant have avaliable Potassium or Phosphorous for flower at the right time?

My first try with autos and grow dots didn’t go to well. I think there was some N-tox and maybe K-def due to the N-tox. I’m pretty sure I cause some pretty bad root damage so that might’ve been a catalyst in it all. I’d maybe use a little less than recommended though. If a deficiency arises you can always supplement it. I used Advanced…

This is the one I did in the grow dots. She was rough looking. Chopped pretty early but I’m smoking on it now and it’s getting the job done nicely.

2 months agoGrow Talk 2 months agoMy plants got very burnt. It was 100+ here for 2 weeks. The girls seem to be recovering well. The temps are back in the mid 90s and headed for the mid 80s next week. The hottest part of summer is over. Here’s how my plants look now. They seemed stunted by the stress, but have started adding mass to the bud sites again. I just topdressed…

Same with mine it crispied all the leaves now it’s just nugs on sticks and still have roughly 4 weeks left +/-. I don’t even show pictures anymore 🤣. They look ok under my green light at night though ha
