So I reset my tent for another round. Cleaned the tent and all of the gear in it with a bleach solution. Looks like you trichoderma or some other fungal mycelium. Nothing to worry about, they help break down organic matter in the soil and make the nutrients available for the plant.

Pennsylvania outlawed all additives that are not from the plant itself to keep medical patients safe. All states should do this in my opinion.
