• Switched to 12/12 on 5/22/24. Every thing is looking pretty good but I noticed the slight yellowing or neon greening of the top leaves on the tops of each branch. Nothing lower on the plant just in the new growth. I’ve been slowly turning the light up it’s only at 450 at cannopy level. I was thinking’s nitrogen but that would be not only the top leaves I think. So maybe it’s magnesium deficiency. I would appreciate any advice and information to help me get her back on track. I was going to add some epsom salt to water tonight and I was getting ready to do a foliage spay with me fulvic here in a few minutes when the lights go off. Thanks for your time.

That yellowing I believe is sulfur. When I flip photos to flower, the first two weeks the newer growth tends to be more of a yellow green than say yellow yellow

And as you said, Epsom salt, that’s a magnesium sulfate. So there’s your sulfur right there. That should help green up the plant, but when you use magnesium it’s antagonistic to potassium. So make sure that you have readily available potassium in your medium.

You’re in week 2. That plant needs a good amount of Magnesium at this stage. I would add Epsom Salt at 1.5 Tbsp/gal for one watering, then 1 Tbsp per gallon until symptoms clear up.
