• Been hanging for 24 hours now.

50% humidity and average temperatures of around 18-20 ⁰C.

Not ideal but the best I can do, low temps should help even though the humidity is 50%. As long as it’s not drying too quickly then I’m happy. The smells are incredible.

  • I wet trimmed a small minor branch of my Somango.

Lovely lemon/mango fresh smell, only 18% THC but a lovely smell and will be a good daytime joint in the summertime.

Unfortunately will have to bring it down a tiny bit early, all trichomes are cloudy but not a lot of amber ones. I usually aim for between 25-30% amber for a good couch lock but my…

  • I’m feeling bad, please help.

I’m in the last week, final flush.

I have found one seed, one rogue seed, did a comprehensive search and could not see any more or any more forming.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

I googled it and got conflicting results.

Should I expect more at harvest time?

I had a herm last grow but was sure I cleaned the…

    • I’ve had the same issue multiple times. In my case I believe it was my environment. I wasn’t able to control the temps and humidity very well and I think the plants were stressed. It definitely wasn’t as bad as I initially thought (maybe 20 seeds out of 10-12 ounces) but definitely disheartening.

I read somewhere.. I think it was that Mel Frank ,Ed rosenthal book back in the day that sometimes a plant will stress itself in defense of making no seeds and it will create a seed on its own. Its pretty brilliant self defense mechanism that assures the plant will never go extinct. I have had seeds here and there for last 30 years in my…

      • It happens. Keep an eye out for more. But I’ve harvested many plants with a few seeds in them. My mentor used to swear that they were more potent than sterile buds. It takes about 5-7 weeks for seeds to mature, so I wouldn’t be too worried about finding handfuls of you haven’t already. If they’re there, they’re already there.

        • Plants self themselves due to stress in the environment or the uncontrollable urge to reproduce. Nothing to worry about. Bag seed rules modern cannabis genetics. Toke on!
