Hi DGC. My brother Tripp thought it would be fun to practice cloning. He took 102 cuttings expecting a 25% success rate. Well, thanks to all the knowledge from the DGC, he ended up with 101 rooted clones! They are now all in solo cups with 1/4 tsp grow dots. He’s thinking about using small containers when up-potting and putting as many as possible in his 5×5 tent. Most likely one gallon fabric pots with a veg of 3 weeks then right into flower. Has anyone had experience with this type of run? Pros? Cons? Hand watering, hoping to not chase water. Growing under HLG Diablo. Thanks for any advice or things to expect!

well done Brother Tripp!

Absolutely!! It can be rather profitable. 🤘🏼

With that many, would be cool to run some experiments.
A couple plants with everything trimmed but 1 cola vs 4 colas vs a couple plants topped, etc.
I can’t wait to follow this adventure!

If Tripp puts as mamy as possible in that 5×5, he will want to veg for around one week, cause if he plans on flowering them all in there, they will run out of space if you veg to long. So he is looking at a sea of green grow, so that meens he’s got clones to pass on, or maybe get ’em gowing outdoors if possible… good grow to you.

I did no such thing! You can’t prove it!

The good old Sea Of Green method was one of my favorite ways to grow back in the early years of my gardening! Depending on the cultivar you are growing I would suggest a 16-21 day vegetative growth period max! And You are going to have to water everyday in the one gallon fabric pot but it’s definitely doable for sure!
