2 months agoAsk a Grow Question I’m fixing to start only doing autos. I was curious if grow dots still work. I know the nutrients are time released. Will the plant have avaliable Potassium or Phosphorous for flower at the right time?

My first try with autos and grow dots didn’t go to well. I think there was some N-tox and maybe K-def due to the N-tox. I’m pretty sure I cause some pretty bad root damage so that might’ve been a catalyst in it all. I’d maybe use a little less than recommended though. If a deficiency arises you can always supplement it. I used Advanced Nutrients Overdrive for the last couple weeks with no problems.
About to give it another try though.

My first Auto. Sour Diesel from Humboldt. 74 days from seed, 8 days in flush. Chop at 80 maybe.

@notdrewcarey Hell yeah, that main is nice looking. Don’t hesitate to LST them. I’ve not tried topping my autos yet but I’m getting some nice results just from bending branches over. Auto’s seem to really benefit just from some LST, easily double the plants production.
LSD-25 at day 70-ish. It’s almost a little tough to tell which was the main cola.

This is the one I did in the grow dots. She was rough looking. Chopped pretty early but I’m smoking on it now and it’s getting the job done nicely.
