Im having trouble trusting my eyes. I see amber on leaves, but overall clear/milky. Is that what yall see too? Im sure that’s no where near enough amber yet so Im probably out a couple weeks still😮💨

@PharocityFarms I can’t see them from this pic. I have noticed pic quality is lower in the app compared to the real pic. I use a Bluetooth microscope. No guessing with that

I can’t make out the trichome heads because the picture is too blurry for me!
-
@wrath420 I think the pics get downsized my bad. My pic from the cam is way more clear

@PharocityFarms Yeah the pictures do get adjusted when you upload them to the website! And my eyes do have 51 years of usage and 21 years of 1000watt Metal Halide and High pressure sodium light abuse so they definitely aren’t what they used to be lol

It’s very hard to get a close-up picture like that without it being kind of blurry you can try a couple of things like a gooseneck for your phone or you can get yourself a jewelers loop. They’re only about 11 bucks on Amazon. You’ll get way better view of that way.

But judging by the hairs and that they have not all turned orange, I believe you still have some time may be a week possibly 2

@CaptenKush pistils turning orange has nothing to do with trichomes ripening in my 25 years of growing I have harvested plenty of plants with white pistils growing in the flowers that’s more cultivar specific and some plants will still throw out new pistils in the last few weeks of flowering to try and pollinate itself and make seeds!

I bought this microscope from Amazon, its $30 right now and took these pics…1080p, takes still photos and records video in 1080p or 720p. I like it, i think it was worth it. Might be the same one or very similar to the one Scotty has been playing with lately.
