I started a handful of regular seeds. while in their one gallon container I noticed one in particular was vigorously growing. so, I did not pot it up because I suspected it was a male. I kept it in the 1 gal container and put it into flower with the others. After a week in flower, I discovered that it is actually a female. so, my question is : should I transplant it up into a 3 or 5 gal now or leave it in the small container? would a transplant at this stage be too much of a shock for her?

If very early flower, I would so ok to transplant to bigger container. If already midway, then just be prepared to water the crap out of that 1 gal pot that will have roots busting out everywhere

I would transplant it if it was my plant and I’ve done it before

Never let a plant you care about get rootbound.
