a week agoAsk a Grow Question Has anyone played around with stresses to the male plant for desired traits? Any thoughts on this? Or is it cemented in the dna what it produces.

Traits are genetic. Their expressions are influenced by their environment.

Stresses affect phenotype, not genotype.

So if I was to use a lot of uv during the pollen production, it wouldn’t affect what genetic code the pollen willl create to make more trichomes in the offspring? Like obesity, alcoholism traits are passed down through generations..
