4 weeks agoAsk a Grow Question How long is recharge good for after it is mixed? I mix a gallon at a time, lasts me a week. Does the recharge start to degrade after a day or two?

Was told to mix and use. Don’t let it sit long. Could be bro science

Yeah I was told immediately also buuuut, under good cool conditions, I’ve left it for 2-4 days and it was fine, I stirred it multiple times a day. Temps are 50’s-loow 60’s.
I was wondering the same thing with my GH 3 part, and as long as it’s in good storing conditions, but that’s 2 weeks for that.

Recharge has soil microbes that won’t survive in water long.

It can go Anaerobic if you let it sit for too long before using it! Always smell it before using it if you’re letting it sit more than a day! If it smells off throw it out and make a fresh batch!
