      • I wonder what is causing the leaves to wrinkle

      • 12 to18 inches away and at least once a day I try to make sure lot are lots and not heavy

        • @dbcewper420 You need to validate with a PPFD meter to make sure this is in range for what the plant wants.

Once a day sounds like overwatering. You need to lift the pot and when its 40% then you water. You let the plant tell you when its time 😉

          • The one called “PPFD Meter” is free and you can set the lights to various settings you may need. Photone is not free and you need to pay to unlock the profiles.

        • @dbcewper420 Really not too difficult. you want around 100-300 for seedlings, 300-500 for veg and around 500-700 for flower.

The phone meters are finicky AF just to let you know but hey its free. The sensor has to be pointing at the light etc etc. What I do is watch the min/max at that spot that was produced and I take the maximum reading because I don’t start way high. I start low and go up near the plant from there so the high reading ends up being the one at that spot of the plant.

          • But really it can go even higher than 700 for flower. Mine are getting 1200 now because they keep growing and I’m like that might just be a sign so the lower flowers can get good light too. The plants can take up to 2000 from what bruce bugbee said in a podcast I saw so I’m not too concered.

its when we got about 2k that issues happen.

          • @dbcewper420 DLI is another number you will see on the app and it is how much light the plant will take during a day. So you could run a really strong light for short and get the same DLI as a plant with a less strong light running longer.

            • @dbcewper420 a couple example screenshots so you can see what I mean.

              • Notice the 474 DLI actually has a max of 600ish. That is the number I’d assume *is* where the plant is located.

            • That was supposed to say lot are light and not heavy from water

              • The pots well you get the point lol lol

                • Awesome let me see.what apps I can find on that and I will give it a try
