How old is it ? And do you mean diversion of a felony ? If you have a ten fifteen year gap I don’t believe it will come up (unless) it’s the same county you caught said charge. Also depends on if the state you are in releases information to the public or not because some states won’t release information still.

Right just weird because I have an arrest record with about 6 different photos but no actual convictions just a lot of technical violations of probation, a lot meaning 4. Based on what I know that doesn’t help but I can still own a gun which is dumb.
