• Hey growmies i wanted to shine a light on being over 50 and having back issues in the grow and to make sure and stretch your body and do some light weighted squats to strengthen your low back to avoid injury… I do 15 squats as part of a deep stretch routine for my degenerative spine 6 days a week.. it only take 2 minutes to do 15 squats and it doesn’t seem like anything but doing it everyday will build your core strength and in time you can add weighs or not THANK SCOTIEI DUDE BANNER AND GRAMBO🤘✌️ 🤘✌️Peace out Growmies
