6 months agoAsk a Grow Question So clearly this one has “re-veged” but I’m not sure how. Could a flashlight shining in that direction very briefly make that happen? Also I need y’all’s thoughts on the reproductive parts on that one. Looks like female to me but what do you think.

Reveg takes 3 to 4 wks at 18 and 6 normally, that brief ammount of light shuddnt be the culprit.

That does not seem likely from one flashlight. My moneys on it being a strain issue

Can y’all see nanners? I don’t think it’s herming but I’ve never had them come out this quick and with the other issues it wouldn’t surprise me.

@agronomizer I don’t see nanners, but she def tried to flower earlier in its life. When did you put these girls outside? They probably went out to early, where the day was too short. Like sunny said it could be that strain is sensitive to 14-16 hour days, and decided to flower.

No, it probably wasn’t the flashlight. I get a decent amount of light leak through my window AC and it hasn’t triggered any kind of re-veg yet. I have tents but I don’t close them for lights out. It gets too humid inside and then the fans have to run on max and I hear them all day in my tiny studio.
Check to see if maybe you have uncovered displays, blue or green LED lights on appliances. The air purifier I use in my grow room has this big LED that changes color with air quality. It’s bright enough to effect the plants so I covered it up.

You’re situation and genetics have nothing to do with his situation and genetics. What’s happening in your garden is irrelevant to his genetics. Green LEDs can be used to work during the dark cycle. Any other color should be covered.

I put it out in early may so that makes sense. I figured that if I had temps( not freezing at night) that it could go out. Could that be a genetic trait? I have two others that have thrived and were out at the exact same time. The other two are different strains. Thank you all for the info I’m gonna keep her going and see what happens.
