    Day 56 of flower and my ACI controller decided to drop 3 ports. Now floundering to control my vpd until I can remedy this. Anyone have this happen? Maybe I need to check the ports for corrosion? Any info would be helpful. I’ll contact ACI but likely not to get an answer until Monday.

    Something I would do to check if it’s the port… Take something from a port you know is working, unplug it and plug it into one of the nonworking ports and see if it recognizes the device. It could be faulty cables as well? I’m just spit-balling here. That would be something to rule out.

    Also, is the firmware updated?

      Firmware is up to date. Unfortunately it was lights out when I discovered the issue and the controller is inside my grow room. I’ll have to do a better diagnosis in the morning. I need longer cables to get it out of the room I believe. If it is corrosion.

    If you don’t see corrosion and I don’t think you will. Contact A/C Infinity even if it’s chat support. You will be hooked up.

    I had the same issue with the AI controller. it lost connection to a few ports (I think it was three as well). I reset the controller by holding the menu and the up and the down buttons, Fixed it.

          Was able to restore my system after restart and replace one UIS cable to my humidifier. Definitely need to get Gen 2 cables with the rubber grommets. Can’t have this happen. again.
