I dont think RealGrowers recommends it. I believe they’re working on a formula to address this issue, but for now, I’d skip wasting the grow dots to uppot. Just use a good fertilizer to supplement the grow dots you already have surrounding the root zone (Canna A&B or Fox Farms, etc.)

Next time you’re using grow dots, go right from your cup to your 5 gal. Or whatever your going to use!

You can add more. Ideally you want to start them in the pot they’ll finish in with time released nutrition.
