Each node going up has x4 branches and x4 leaves? Is this something im causing?

I’ve had a seed sprout 3 nodes instead of 2 from its codyledon once before, but 4 is mad. I know too much kelp has made erratic growth from my experience (or pgr’s 💀) can produce this kind of growth and fasciation. Not that I know what it is BTW, but the dgc will get you sorted 🍻
