Need some advice from yall
Hey dgc community, there’s alot in this community about growing the dank. But what do you do if you’re in prohibition land and you get raided? What’s some advice you could give to someone? This is looking bleak for me. I only got caught with 5 lights perpetual going. In South Dakota if that helps.

No matter what don’t tell anyone or show anyone your grow. If it’s small and personal and it’s kept secret you’re going to be fine. If it’s larger than just you……stack some change for the possibility of needing bail money and a lawyer.

Get a good lawyer and keep your mouth shut unless you are talking to said lawyer. Period.

So you’re looking at mandatory prison time? Will they come to another state to get you? If you’re looking at significant time I’d check out extradition policies, see if there’s a place you can go. This is not legal advice, just my first thoughts.

If you’re needing legal help look into the Pot Bothers at Law. They have resources all over the US and can point you in the right direction. The best advice I can give is to STFU & let a lawyer handle it!

How did you get caught?

A big part was the furnace people taking pictures illegally

A good lawyer will most likely get anything collected without a warrant tossed. Find him/her.

Like others have already posted, get a good lawyer and use your 5th amendment. It really just depends on how your local DA feels about cannabis, unfortunately.

Say nothing. Get a lawyer. Find a lawyer that knows the farm bill, hemp laws, search and seizure. There’s a lot of possible defenses because of the way the laws are written. Smell isn’t always probable cause.
Contact Norml and write to your local politicians.

I was raided 2 times before it was legal to grow where I am, 1st time was in 1999 was 1st trip to the land of concrete, all the advice your getting here is great, It can’t be said enough get a good lawyer, do your research don’t just jump on the 1st 1 you get. It’s going to make all the difference. Everything is going to rely on a good lawyer. And be honest with “your” lawyer 100% don’t leave nothing out even if it seems to be not important let them decide that. You never know what they can use for your good! After that living in prohibition land, change your procedure and take all the proper precautions. Good luck bro.

Hit me with conspiracy to traffic. Started with 1000 kilos, pled down to under 100 kilos. Still got three years. Never found a roach, not even paraphnalia, still did three years. If they really want to get you…ur got.
