The lack of available potash is most likely from damaged roots limiting uptake. This is typical of under-watering. Looks like it’s connected to the reservoir. Did you water the coco thoroughly to start? There could be dry spots in the coco the roots are hitting if you didn’t.
I’ve used these pots allot, and have had similar issues. The roots blast out the bottom and absorb a ton of moisture. Both previous comments are dead on depending on your setup. Keep an eye on both water content in soil as well as the small res, in the pot. Little lady dosnt need much to fuel her at this point, so a lite and simple carb solution could be a safe bet for 3-5 days. These ladies bounce back quick with proper transpiration. Just keep those roots moist along the way.
25% castings is a lot, and is going to keep that soil wet. I don’t recommend using that much castings in a SIP bucket, and usually just recommend a good coco coir and maybe a little perlite (like in the Coco Loco). How wet is the soil staying? Is the top couple inches drying out? I’m wondering if all those castings are making the media too heavy.
Make sure your float valve isn’t clogged as well, I was having trouble with the realbuckets because the float valve would get clogged due to bad water (Ca precipitate). Also, make sure there isn’t a high spot in the water line between buckets doesn’t have a high spot preventing flow between buckets.
